bBox event in Fiducia's Canteen

On Monday, February 28th , we launched the Canteen Event in Fiducia to show our concepts to our colleagues and provided a beta prototype on iPad for trying. Thanks to Claudia, who dedicated a lot to planning and trying to organize everything perfectly, and Nair, who was of great help in designing, we had a good start which is important for success.

We splited into 2 groups and presented in front of different entrances so that we could approach as many colleagues as we could. Even though most of our colleagues had limited personal time at lunch, there were still many people coming to us and giving us feedback, which we really appreciated.

First, we explained the concept of 360° desktop, customer screen and Fahrplan by listing the main features on board. Then we showed our colleagues the application on iPad and Prezi, which is an infinite zooming presentation tool, to illustrate the concepts.

To our satisfaction, some colleagues showed great interest in our project and had fun with us. How do we know it? Look at the photos below:

Pipe and Paulo explaining                                     Our colleague was having fun!

Besides, the bBox initiators came to support us as well. They helped us reaching people’s attention and wrote remarks on the flipchart, which was a good incentive for the other colleagues to participate.

The canteen event was another successful event for us. More and more people in Fiducia got to know bBox and we proved that, as a group of young students, we are puting our strong effort in doing the innovative project seriously.
